Claim & Maintain the identity that makes working with you nonnegotiable.
And several versions and many years of mastery later, you're still reciting from it.
The problem is, you’re not everyone else. Your work is creativity wrapped in lightning, churning tides of transformation, and calm that descends like twilight.
And I understand this paradox, because I’ve lived it.
Flinging myself out into the world in search of an identity to come home to. Trying on and discarding niches like a tree shedding leaves in fall.
The journey of becoming has taught me: the real value of what we do isn’t in our services. It’s in who you are when you're doing them — and who the people you serve get to become because of it.
Let me show you what I mean.
As a luxury chauffeur in Montana, his service was impeccable. His drivers were trained, his vehicles pristine, his reputation solid.
His brand looked like every other luxury transportation service. Professional fleet photos. Luxury experience messaging.
All the right boxes checked.
And the result? Clients who hired him for a $300 ride and moved on. He was profitable and entirely replaceable.
Then, we started the work.
We rebuilt Mountain Mule around that identity. Not around the fleet, the routes, or the service tiers — around the archetypal engine that had been driving him, while he was driving others.
Tim went from $300 airport transfers to $100K months — not once, but consistently.
But even when other companies started trying to replicate what he was doing, they couldn’t. Because an identity molded from who you are at your core is indelibly, irrevocably yours.
Her ability to ask the right questions, help us clarify who we are and what we’re really trying to do, and then translate that into something beautifully articulated can’t be overstated.
They’re trendy, and trending. But the message resonates, echos, and fades without converting. The effort leaves them winded with the effort of running after their industry, feeling like if they let their focus slip for just one second, it’ll roar right past them and leave them in the dust.
When the vision in their head and heart has to move through other people, growth starts to feel like a burden. Every decision comes back to them. Every client interaction has to involve them. Their team can’t replicate what they do because it doesn’t have a name.
They want to launch something new but can’t find the connective thread between what they’re envisioning and what they’re known for. So they don’t grow. They reinvent. A new website, new logo, new positioning. But when the glow of each rebrand fades, they still haven’t come home to themselves.
People work with me when they realize
They feel hemmed in by words like 'professional' and 'best practice.' Their services shift to accommodate what they think the market will pay for. They’re emulating what works for others, while uncomfortably aware that they're forcing themselves into a costume that reeks of someone else's scent.
What called you to do this work before you even had a brand?
What message do you so desperately need to put out into the world?
And most importantly, if we stripped away the industry from your identity, who might we meet?
But It does require you to go looking for answers
For founding members:
$397, in full | $147 monthly
They’re won through heart-to-hearts on horseback, earnest talks over coffee, and real-time brainstorming with people I trust.
So the Collective is, first and foremost, a place for conversation.
In a once monthly session, Collective members will gather for a strategic excavation session with a specific focus.
You’ll bring your current challenges, your half-formed thoughts, and your lingering doubts. And then we’ll work through them - together.
With live hot seat coaching, you’ll witness other founders work through their blocks and make space for clarity to land. Between sessions, the work continues in a community container where you can build, unpack, and pressure test what we uncovered.
Consider it a collective effort.
your business and yourself. Everything she does has a meaning, a purpose. This whole process is amazing, it's for the people who want to reimagine how they want to be seen.
Taylor, Wild Roses Boudoir
Most founders know what they do. But they can’t explain why they do it.
So in The Collective, we’ll focus on IdentityFirst.
why
Watering down your message leads to people who need convincing, and turns every discovery call into a negotiation. But your real philosophy pulls in your best, most aligned clients without a second thought.
Building your brand around your role instead of your function opens up a rich landscape of possibility. It turns you fluid, letting you flow between priorities, instead of boxing you into a job description you wrote.
When your identity makes it onto paper, it becomes a code that your team can uphold. And when delegation becomes possible, so does growing without drowning in the undertow.
Trending turns you into another drop in a rushing stream. But disruption? Disruption breaks patterns. Disruption converts.
In the Collective,
each season works toward one goal, and one season builds on the next.
Where the command of your brand identity courses through your veins like a drumbeat. You won’t need second opinions to determine your direction, because the way forward feels obvious.
Conviction
Where perspective is honed to a sharpened edge and your voice is unmistakable. You won’t talk about your work in generalizations or reach for your industry’s words: you’ll know how to find your own.
Language
Where prospects are willing to wait for you, projects become returning clients, and your peers turn into ambassadors for your brand.
Because they're not buying the deliverable. They're buying what happens when they work with you — and they can't get that anywhere else.
Traction
If you're still proving your concept or validating your core offer
It’s okay for some parts of your brand to be in flux. But successful Collective participants have moved past figuring out what we do and are deep in the work of deciding what we’re known for.
If you want done-for-you branding
This is the work that preps you for and helps you maintain the brand that’s built during a DFY branding service.
If you don’t have the capacity to join us live
I’ll ask you to wait until you do. This is a collective effort where we help one another build. Missing a call here and there is understandable, but this intensive isn’t geared to support passive participation.
Maybe you’re dreaming of working 1:1 with Unbridled in the future. Maybe you’re an existing client who isn’t ready for our time together to end. Either way, the Collective is a place where we can inhale, lean in, and hone the tools we need to keep telling the story we’re trying to claim.
I knew I could immediately trust her and finally felt like someone was on my side. If you are looking for someone who can really listen to you and understand you almost immediately, Amy is your girl."
Annika, Frannie’s Fight personal brand
My favorite part was diving deep into both of my brands including how I could utilize the archetypes to simplify my messaging visually, verbally, and within my product suites for improved resonance. I had so much fun discussing the strategy ideas. Each session was a blast and packed with insights!"
Haley, Boudoir Photographer + Nutritionist
I have learned more about myself and how I want to take up space in this world. It has been a journey worth taking."
Eliza, Fern Creek Collective

(founders renew at their current rate)
But I am a brand strategist who’s spent 14 years watching my fellow creatives and founders squeeze revolutionary work into positioning that boxes them in and bends them out of shape.
And it pains me, every time.
The truth about providing a service is that your clients get your best. They get your full attention, your instinct, your most alive and present self.
In the background, we’re breaking, rebuilding, transforming, and pushing breathlessly onwards because the pull of our work is so powerful we just can’t stop.
It’s a silent, tectonic shift, and it means that you can wake up one day and realize that you’ve lost yourself inside the landscape of the brand you built.
Whew. Been there.
And maybe it’s the backcountry guide in me, but my role in the collective is to lead you back to yourself. To find the through-line that runs underneath every version of your work, name it, and let you lead from it.
I'm the person who helps you see what you're too close to see — and claim the identity that makes everything else possible.
Book in for a 30 minute session for us to work through a specific aspect of your positioning or client experience together.
The Collective will shift to Standard Pricing at the start of Season Two. But as long as your subscription stays active, you’ll renew at introductory pricing and maintain access to all the previous content.
Unbridled’s Services tend to book up quickly. But Collective members get to jump my waitlist for any DFY service, Design Day, or Quarterly Design support.
You’re welcome to spend as much time in the community as you like, but in terms of official meetings, we’re looking at one day per month, for 90 minutes. That’s it.
If you’d like to renew, I’d love to have you and I’ll make it worth your while (hint, read the bonuses above). But you’re not locked in. You can join in any season, take a break between seasons, and return.
I have a feeling you’re going to want to revisit our conversations, so all sessions are recorded and made available for you. While your subscription is active, listen to them whenever and as many times as you like.
The Pay In Full and monthly seasonal commitment options are available at a slight discount. Consider it my thank you for committing to the work we’ll be doing together.
Yes. The seasonal structure is intentional — you can step away and return when the timing is right. But if you have to pause as a participant, consider keeping your subscription active. As long as you do, you’ll maintain your founding member rate and gain access to past sessions and material.
You can continue into the next season, take a break, or leave. Your subscription needs to stay active to maintain access to previous content, but there's no pressure to continue indefinitely. Each season has a clear beginning, middle, and end.
No. My goal isn’t to become a recurring expense in your QuickBooks that I hope you forget to cancel. Each season is a discrete container. You choose whether to continue, season by season.
You'll have replay access. But don’t plan on missing our monthly call. Things that don't land the same way in the recording, trust me.
Then welcome back - this is designed foyou too. The Collective is where you stay in proximity to the method, continue refining your positioning, and witness other founders working through their own shifts. Many returning clients join to maintain momentum and stay connected to the work.
Every live session includes 1-2 hot seats as focused, real-time coaching on one founder's specific positioning challenge, with the full group present. Hot seats rotate across the season so everyone has the opportunity. You can volunteer when something is live for you, or I'll call on people directly. Either way, no one sits on the sidelines the whole season.
Founding collective members have the option of booking in with me for a 30 minute strategy session. Typically, though, individual attention happens in the context of hot seats and group dynamics.
Neither. Most masterminds are networking groups with loose agendas. Most memberships are content libraries with optional community. This is a live identity intensive with a specific outcome.
