Your brand should be a visual embodiment of all the meaningful things that make your heart race. And, here at Unbridled Form, I don’t take that radical belonging lightly. Neither does the research, which shows that audiences connect more deeply with brands that bring them along for the journey.
A study from Harvard Business Review found that brands that engage their audience in the creative process build stronger loyalty and excitement. When you share your behind-the-scenes moments, creative direction, and sneak peeks, you create anticipation—and that anticipation drives engagement.
That’s why I encourage my clients to get their audience involved throughout the rebrand process instead of keeping everything under wraps until launch day. Here’s how you can do just that throughout your rebrand or website redesign.
When I’m working on a client project, I share lots of behind-the-scenes content, from early-stage brand strategy to sneak peeks of color palettes, logos, and design elements. Sharing these updates to your stories or feed keeps your audience engaged and curious about what’s coming. If we’re working together, this is as easy as sharing glimpses into the deliverables and feedback checkpoints I’ll send you along the way or re-sharing the sneak peeks I post—even easier!
Pro Tip: Add a quick caption like, “Something exciting is in the works! I’ve been working with Unbridled Form on my rebrand, and I can’t wait to share what we’re creating. Stay tuned!”, “The foundation of [Your Brand Name] has always been about [your core values]. Now, we’re elevating that vision and crafting something even more intentional. Excited for what’s next!”, or “After years of growth and change, it’s time for a rebrand that truly reflects where we’re headed. Big things are in the works with Unbridled Form—stay tuned!”
Your audience follows you because they love what you do—so let them in on your rebrand journey! Post about why you’re rebranding, what inspired the change, or what you’re most excited about.
Ideas for Behind-the-Scenes Posts:
Instead of a single big reveal, gradually introduce new elements of your branding—your new color palette, typography choices, brand patterns, or even small snippets of your website.
How to Do It:
I curate a Spotify playlist for all of my branding and website clients to give their muse a melody and audiences are all about unexpected brand elements like this. Your audience will be excited about your brand turning into an entire world so let them in on the energy and emotions that are shaping your brand’s evolution.
How to Share: Share a song from your rebrand playlist, or share the whole thing, right from Spotify to your Stories. Invite your audience to connect with the song you were vibing to that day or just let them in on the fact that you have a legit brand playlist.
Remember—your rebrand is way more than just a visual update. It’s a reflection of your evolution, values, and vision for what’s next. So why not make sure your audience is just as excited about it as you are?
As we go through this process together, I’ll be sharing key moments from our strategy sessions, design progress, and the creative choices shaping your new brand. You’re more than welcome to re-share my posts, or use them as inspiration for your own content.
There’s a season for doing it yourself, and there’s a season for outsourcing your branding to a custom designer who exists to embody your presence with purpose. If you’re here, I’m assuming your impact has outgrown the visual impression that carried you to where you are now. &, although there is so much to show gratitude for in this transition, you know that you would be holding your business back to not invest in a brand identity that makes your soul swell.
& that’s where I come in. I weave timeless storytelling with intentional strategy to tether you to a brand that catches fire within your soul and the heart of your community. Because that’s where lasting impressions driven by real results reside.
