The Stories That Form Us is a podcast about the unassuming, often untold narratives shaping our creative work, our brands, and the way we move through the world. It’s a space for the stories we’ve inherited, the ones we’ve outgrown, and the ones we’re just beginning to discover.

As a brand strategist and designer, I’ve spent years helping entrepreneurs bring their visions to life. But what I’ve found over and over again is this: the most resonant brands, the ones that feel like something, are never just built on visuals or strategy. They’re built on story.

And not the performative, salesy kind of story. The real ones.

The ones that live in our voice, our presence, our values, our patterns. The ones we’ve lived before we ever tried to write them down. The ones that call us to keep becoming.
